Powdered dietary supplement. Contains caffeine; not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content 200 mg per serving); do not consume with other products that are sources of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects.

Usage
Pour 9 g (3 scoops) of the product over about 160-180 ml of hot water and mix.
Consume once a day.
