Combination in gel form with simple carbohydrates, caffeine and sodium to provide energy and delay fatigue during the physical exercise!

With caffeine and Guarana to reduce the sensation of fatigue and optimises metabolism. 

Its formula contains:

• Mixture of simple carbohydrates (dextrose, sucrose and fructose): with the three Glycaemic Indexes (high, medium and low) in the appropriate ratios (2:1:1) to provide immediate energy, but at the same time avoiding the Glucose peaks.
• Caffeine and Guarana: Ingredients with proven action ergogenic, i.e. performance enhancing. In the short term term because it stimulates the CNS (Central Nervous System). increasing our ability to concentrate, etc. but actually helps us in the long run because:
  • It activates the metabolism of fats, i.e. it facilitates the use with energy purposes, which improves performance because it saves Glycogen;
  • Improves muscle contraction
  • Because it delays the feeling of tiredness
• Sodium (100 mg/gel): Essential for endurance sports. to avoid dehydration, because sodium is the main source of sodium. responsible for retaining fluid inside the muscle cell. It needs to be replenished as it is lost through perspiration.

Usage

Take a gel every 30 - 45 minutes during exercise.

Warnings: It contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (150mg per 100g). Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
