Usage
Mix 1 to 2 servings (1 to 2 scoops) with 180 to 360 ml of cold water or skimmed milk in a glass or shaker. Use the product between meals and after training. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water during the day. For optimal results, use 4 scoops of the product daily for at least 6 weeks.
