Usage
Mix 2 x 1 portion powder (2 x 12.5 g = 2 x 3/4 scoops) with 2 x 200 ml cold water in a shaker bottle.
Slightly carbonated, open bottle lid when mixing every 5 seconds to avoid accidental pressure build-up!
Take 1 serving 30 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!

High caffeine content [150 mg caffeine per serving (75 mg caffeine per 100 ml ready-to-drink beverage)]. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age.
