L-tryptophan
This product may contain milk (including lactose), soya beans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Usage
Dissolve one 300 mg serving (1 scoop) in 100-150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Please use the measuring spoon (1 ml) included in the pack. Depending on your needs, take 1 portion per day, preferably at bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
