Product may contain traces of soya and milk protein.

Usage
Mix 75 g of powder with 450 ml of water and drink in portions over 20-30 minutes immediately after physical exercise.
Wash down the content with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warnings: Food supplement, with sugars and sweeteners. Formulated especially for athletes. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 2 months. After mixing, the apparent undissolved particles could be seen in the beverage. It is anatural characteristic of the product and should not be deemed a fault. Does not replace a varied diet.
