Ingredients
Mango: Creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator (malic acid), maltodextrin, flavor, sweetener (sucralose), colorant (beta-carotene).
Pear: Creatine monohydrate, acidity regulator (malic acid), maltodextrin, flavors, sweetener (sucralose), colorant (chlorophyll).
Usage
Mix 1 heaped scoop of powder (6.6 g) with 200 ml water.
Consume once a day preferably before training and in the morning on non-training days.
Take regularly for 4 weeks, then take a 4-6 week break.
