How much does a Vitamins.lv Mystery Box cost?
Vitamins.lv mystery boxes cost 25 € for the small box, 50 € for the medium box and 100 € for the large box.
Can I return the mystery box if I don't like the goods?
Mystery boxes are sold as a single item. If you are not satisfied with the Mystery Box, you have the right to return it to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must make sure that all items, including any bonus items received, are unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
In addition, a fee of €5 will be deducted from the refund to cover logistics costs.
How quickly will the mystery box be delivered?
As usual with most Vitamins.lv orders, it will be delivered within 3 working days if the order is placed before 14.00 on a working day.
Where do we deliver the mystery boxes?
We send them to all of Latvia and the Baltic States using all types of courier services DPD Pickup Points, Venipak courier delivery and Omniva.

Items in boxes will have a combined value within the ranges indicated, based on standard retail prices in our shop. Some items may be discounted in our shop. Discounted prices are not applicable to calculations.
Goods may have short expiry dates, but not less than 10% of the total value at the time of dispatch.
